Do you have a clinic or location I can visit?
At this time, we do not have a clinic or office location but we are happy to provide our services at your home, workplace, hotel, retirement residence, hospital or other location of your choice.
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked either by phone (647) 607-6309, text, or email (email@example.com). Booking as far ahead as possible is recommended.
How do I pay for my services?
At this time we accept cash, e-transfers and credit cards only. Please contact us for e-transfer payment information.
Are there any additional fees on top of your service price?
Additional travel charges may apply if you live outside of the Stratford, Avonton, Brooksdale, Carlingford, Gad's Hill, Kinkora, Kirkton, Mitchell, Sebringville and St Mary's areas. Any parking fees incurred while travelling to your location will also be charged to you.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
While we do understand that emergencies and last minute life interruptions can happen, we ask that you give us at least 12 hours notice for cancellation or a $30 fee will be charged.
What if I do not show up for my appointment?
If you are not there when we arrive, we will immediately try to call you. If we cannot get in contact with you, we will wait 15 minutes before leaving. A $50 fee will be charged for missed appointments.
What if I am late for my appointment?
If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind that arriving late to an appointment may deprive you of minutes of your service.
Does my Insurance Provider Cover Reflexology Treatments?
This depends on your insurance plan. While we cannot directly bill your provider for Reflexology therapy, we can provide you with a receipt for you to submit. Please contact your insurance provider directly for information about your health benefits plan and coverage.
Can my children or pets be in the room during treatment?
Of course we understand that it can be difficult to find privacy when you have little ones running around, so we leave this to your discretion as a parent and pet owner. We do however, strongly recommend privacy for maximum relaxation. The more relaxed you are during a treatment, the more effective it will be.
Is there a minimum age required for treatment?
Clients under the age of 16 must have adult supervision and a waiver form signed by their parent or guardian.
I have special health concerns. How will this affect my services?
If you have special health concerns, you must inform us before treatment so that we can take proper precautions
